Schedule: Typically starts around 7:00 AM; end times and total hours vary based on the project

LaborMax Staffing is currently building a team of dependable Construction Laborers / General Laborers in the Melbourne, Arkansas area for ongoing construction cleanup projects.
This is an on-call, as-needed opportunity for individuals looking for general labor and construction work. Projects and hours will vary based on client needs, so we are looking for dependable workers who can respond quickly when assignments become available.
Job Responsibilities
- Construction site cleanup and general labor
- Remove debris and maintain clean work areas
- Move, organize, and stage materials
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Assist construction crews with basic labor tasks
- Sweep, clean, and prepare work areas
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Follow job-site safety procedures and supervisor instructions
What We're Looking For
- General labor or construction experience is preferred, but not required
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Ability to work well with a crew
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Melbourne, AR area
- Comfortable with a schedule that may change based on project needs
- Available for early morning starts, typically around 7:00 AM
Important Schedule Information
This is not a guaranteed 40-hour-per-week position. Work is based on active construction projects and client demand. Some assignments may be single-day projects, while others may continue for multiple days.
Workers who perform well and remain dependable may be contacted for additional assignments as they become available.
