Job Overview The ambulatory clinical pharmacist II provides specialized care to patients by reviewing medication regimens and collaborating with pharmacists, technicians, and clinic staff to ensure optimal care and compliance. This role upholds Baptist Health’s culture of care and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities • Review and assess medication regimens for patients in an ambulatory setting.

• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, technicians, and clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure quality and compliance with health regulations and patient safety standards.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy Registered Pharmacist license Basic Life Support certification Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail, specialty, or ambulatory practice with high volume and multitasking requirements Completion of an ASHP‑accredited pharmacy residency or certification such as BCPS, BCMTMs, BCACP, CSP, or consultant licensure (highly desirable) Doctorate preferred Immunization certification or plan to obtain within 6 months of hire (highly preferred) Pay Estimated hourly rate: $56.35 – $73.26, depending on experience.
