Title : Immigration Attorney
Fulltime Role & Onsite Role
Location : Wes Des Moines, IA
Responsibilities
- Manage immigration matters from intake through resolution
- Represent clients in immigration filings and proceedings, including but not limited
- to family based petitions, employment based matters, removals, and humanitarian
- relief
- Prepare and file applications, petitions, motions, and supporting documentation
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding case strategy,
- timelines, and expectations
- Monitor case status and ensure compliance with all filing deadlines and
- procedural requirements
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide high quality
- legal services
- Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in the State of Iowa (required)
- Immigration law experience preferred
- Strong legal writing, organizational, and case management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Client focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
