Join the Team at North Side Grille!

North Side Grille is looking for a motivated and dependable Prep Cook to join our growing kitchen team. We take pride in serving high quality comfort food in a clean, organized, and team focused environment.

Prep cooks play a huge role in our daily success by helping keep the kitchen prepared, stocked, and running smoothly for service.

Responsibilities:
• Follow recipes and prepare ingredients for daily service
• Sanitize and prepare kitchen equipment and workstations
• Wash, peel, chop, slice, grind, and portion meats and vegetables
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
• Assist with basic cooking tasks such as preparing sauces and doughs
• Label, rotate, and organize inventory properly
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and kitchen areas
• Help maintain an efficient and organized kitchen environment

✅ Qualifications:
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and team oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen
• Reliable and motivated work ethic
• Ability to follow recipes and directions carefully
• Previous prep cook or kitchen experience is a plus
