Position Overview

Our organization in Northern Illinois is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist to become part of our community practice located in Rockford, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a premier digestive health program aimed at serving a growing population of 350,000, with an additional market of over 750,000.

As a key member of our medical group, you will benefit from a robust support system, including:

• Access to quaternary patient care support from our University Hospital in Madison, WI, with opportunities to engage in weekly tumor boards and clinical trials.
• Collaboration with over 310 providers within our organization, including 100 primary care professionals who collectively care for more than 132,000 unique patients.
• Partnership with our comprehensive interdisciplinary cancer team at the UW Health | Carbone Cancer Center in Rockford, which commands over 70% of the market share.
• Local teaching opportunities for rotating GI residents, fellows, and medical students.

• MD or DO degree; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Possession of an active medical license in Illinois and a DEA license, or the ability to obtain these prior to employment.

We offer a highly competitive salary structure that includes a guarantee along with wRVU production and additional incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package features:

• Salary range based on experience: $520,000 - $604,035.
