In-Home Caregiver OpportunityEndearment Unlimited is a non-medical in-home service provider dedicated to promoting individual growth for those we serve through personalized supports. We are seeking compassionate and skilled in-home caregivers to join our team. As an in-home caregiver, you will provide in-home care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living tasks and routine home upkeep. Availability between 7a.m-8p.m strongly encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and groomingAssist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundryAssist with med reminders and other person specific tasksEncourage and support clients in maintaining their independenceDocument client care and services provided in accordance with company policiesParticipate in team meetings and trainingsContribute to the development of client care plansRequirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent required1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field preferredValid driver's license with a reliable vehicleAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 poundsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHave a working phoneAble and willing to commute from client home to client homeWork Environment:Work in clients' homes, with occasional office visitsMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamPart-time and full-time positions available, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our clients and caregiversOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clientsWhat We Offer:Hourly rate of $18 - $19.50 HOURLYPTOEmployer Match 401kPaid Travel TimeBirthday PayIf you are a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
