Benefits & Wellness Lead - Programs & Compliance

Lidl is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage benefits administration and wellness programming for US employees. You will handle enrollment, vendor billing, and annual PPACA reporting while ensuring compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA and IRS 125 regulations. The role requires collaboration with internal partners, data management, and delivering exceptional service in a confidential environment.
