Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems, motors, and pumps. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively. Repair or replace faulty mechanical components as needed. Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety procedures and guidelines. Document all performed maintenance and repair work for record‑keeping and analysis. Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize maintenance procedures and minimize downtime. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Technician, or similar role in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, pumps, and other industrial equipment. Solid background in automotive or diesel mechanics. Proficiency in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair. Strong understanding of safety procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing setting. Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and fix mechanical issues quickly and effectively. Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in industrial mechanics is a plus.
