Senior Strategist

To support a growing Strategy and Insights team, the full-time Senior Strategist will co-own strategic initiatives for clients in heavily regulated industries, ensuring alignment across multiple accounts and collaborating with various departments in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Serve as the day-to-day strategic partner, building trust and driving alignment from client C-suite to execution teams Engage with creative, account, and project management teams to ensure strategic intent translates into actionable deliverables Identify strategic growth opportunities by translating insights into proactive recommendations and future opportunities Required qualifications: 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in an integrated marketing agency or similar environment Demonstrated experience in strategy development within heavily regulated industries, particularly financial services Deep understanding of integrated marketing with proven ability to write creative briefs and build strategic frameworks Working knowledge of key marketing channels and tools, including AI tools for research and content development Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
