Mixing Operator
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Monday through Thursday 7:00AM to 5:30PM
Essential Job Duties:
* Monitor the mixing process, making adjustments as needed to ensure consistency and quality.
* Operate and maintain equipment like mixers, blenders, and ovens to blend and heat ingredients.
* Accurately measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes and production orders.
* Adhere to established safety and quality standards, as well as production schedules and quotas.
* Record batch numbers, ingredient quantities, and product weight.
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
* Collect and test samples for quality control purposes.
* Report any leaks, spills, or issues to management.
Required Qualifications:
* Basic mathematical skills for calculations and measurements.
* General knowledge of products and chemicals used in the manufacturing process.
* Understanding of safety procedures and required personal protective equipment.
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively, stand for long period of time
* Ability to read and understand English is required
