You like practical tasks, working with people, and seeing the results of good preparation. When plans change, you’re ready to check what’s needed and help the team respond.
We’re looking for someone to join our Event Operations team in Omaha, supporting setup, event delivery, and pack-down. You’ll help keep materials organized, colleagues informed, and guest areas ready throughout each event.
Before, During, and After
- Prepare event supplies, signage, equipment, and checklists.
- Support venue setup and confirm that assigned areas are ready.
- Coordinate arrival details and timings with colleagues and venue contacts.
- Welcome attendees and direct questions to the appropriate person.
- Monitor materials and help resolve routine event-day issues.
- Assist with pack-down, equipment checks, and post-event feedback.
Practical Experience Counts
Events, hospitality, retail, logistics, and guest-facing experience can all provide a useful foundation. Volunteering and community activities are welcome too; a specific degree isn’t required.
You should be dependable, comfortable communicating with different people, and willing to get involved in hands-on event tasks. Good organization and attention to instructions matter.
Learn Through Live Delivery
You’ll receive guidance on event procedures, equipment handling, and venue requirements while building experience in logistics and team coordination.
This role involves travel to local event venues. Event schedules and any evening or weekend requirements will be discussed during recruitment.
