Responsible for timesheets, work productivity, leave management, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.Excellent knowledge of the CMMS (Maximo) section of the PWSPrepare, compile, and distribute work productivity reports to various stakeholdersMonitor CMMS (Maximo) activities for contractual compliancePrepare, compile, and distribute Preventative Maintenance work orders to the Operation Team managersReview CMMs (Maximo) material inventory and physical inventory. Reconcile when applicableAudit CMMS (Maximo) data entry for accuracy. Reconcile when applicable.Perform weekly audits of the workorder log comments and assist the Operation Team in correcting any deficienciesActive participant in meetings.Close working relationship with the Quality Control Manager. Participate in facility audits to verify compliance with the PWS.Required (Minimum Necessary) QualificationsEducation Requirements: Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be substitutedLevel of Experience Requirements: Two Years supervision experience. Five Years of experience in data entry.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other CharacteristicsStrong understanding of Microsoft Office Products to include, Outlook, Excel, and WordAbility to produce Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reportsAbility to work independently in a remote environment while supporting operational teamsKnowledge of organizational procedures and workflows – understanding how work moves through a company.Basic knowledge of relevant technologies or tools – e.g., Microsoft 365, communication platforms, or industry?standard software.Knowledge of customer service practices – principles of providing quality service and managing inquiries professionally.Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles – awareness of proper handling of sensitive information.Communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to convey information clearly and professionally.Time management and prioritization – balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.Problem?solving and critical thinking – analyzing issues and selecting appropriate solutions.Interpersonal and teamwork skills – building rapport and collaborating effectively with others.Attention to detail – producing accurate, error?free work.Necessary Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
