Automation Controls Technician

Kocher + Beck is seeking an Automation Controls Technician for its high-precision manufacturing facility in O’Fallon, MO. In this role, you will install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, motion controls, sensors, and industrial networks on advanced rotary cutting and converting equipment. You will support production uptime, perform root cause analysis, execute preventive maintenance, and assist with equipment upgrades and automation projects in a collaborative, engineering-driven environment focused on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
