Responsibilities Speak and meet with homeowners to purchase their property Set up seller appointments, draft contracts, negotiate contracts, and close deals Prospect and call 10-40 people per day (some cold, most warm) Assess rehab costs and after‑repair value of the home Build trust quickly and act as a brand ambassador to promote the company Solve problems and achieve results Demonstrate integrity and profit‑mindedness Update CRM as necessary Goal: 10 offers per week and 2 signed contracts per week Qualifications 2 years of sales experience preferred Entry‑level salesperson who is hungry and moldable Track record of success in sales Team player, self‑starter, and approachable Strong negotiation skills and natural deal maker with excellent follow‑up skills Ability to set and close deals Relationship‑building skills Motivated to succeed in a competitive environment Business‑minded spirit Committed to long‑term growth of self and company Clean background check and driver’s license required #J-18808-Ljbffr
