- Responsible for the design team's team building and subsequent technical management and guidance (6-inch and 8-inch machines);
- Participate in the design and guide the analog IC design team to achieve project goals;
- Decompose and define the functions and performance indicators of each module according to product requirements;
- Formulate and implement development plans, optimize designs, and ensure that the design team delivers high-quality products on time;
- Track the technical trends of competing products and provide technical support and guarantee for project development;
- Promote technological development and innovation, improve product quality and competitiveness;
- Understand the national market and be able to make key suggestions.
