We built our entire model around a single idea: real recovery requires real time. Every visit is 60 minutes, one patient with one clinician, no aides, no overlap, no productivity quotas dictating care. We treat athletes, active professionals, post-surgical patients, complex pain cases, and people who have already tried the standard model and want something better. Our patients pay out of pocket because the outcome is worth it — which means our clinicians are freed to practice at the top of their skill, not the bottom of an insurance panel. THE OPPORTUNITY We are actively building a team of clinicians who want to go deeper — toward CFMT, toward DNS, toward a career defined by skill rather than volume. This role is built for a PT who is either already a CFMT, currently pursuing it, or seriously interested in starting that path — and who wants to build parallel expertise in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). Physical Therapists who have trained in other paradigms/philosophies are more than welcome to apply – the importance is the desire and passion to pursue excellence in the craft to best serve our team and patients. You'll work alongside clinicians holding FMT certification, PNF Level 4 (Vallejo residency), and DNS training, in a clinic that treats continuing education as infrastructure, not a perk. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide one-on-one, hour-long evaluations and treatments — your full attention, one patient at a time Apply and refine Functional Manual Therapy® principles under direct mentorship Build toward CFMT certification and/or DNS training with real clinic support behind it Manage a caseload of self-pay and out-of-network patients — no insurance panels, no productivity churn seeing 3-4 patients an hour Collaborate with a small, high-caliber clinical team in weekly case discussion and in-service Help shape a clinic culture built on clinical excellence, not volume metrics Take an active role in building your own caseload — social media content, community workshops, and local outreach — with full support from our marketing and admin team, so you grow a full schedule quickly rather than waiting for one WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Licensed PT in New Jersey (or eligible for licensure) CFMT-certified, currently pursuing CFMT, or genuinely interested in starting the pathway Interest in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) — current training a plus, not required A manual therapy and movement-based clinical orientation Coachable, self-directed, receptive to feedback, team player and drawn to mentorship and growth Comfortable in a premium, cash-based practice where outcomes are the currency WHAT WE OFFER Salary range: $80,000–$120,000+/year guaranteed base pay, based on experience, certification level, and schedule/productivity + Merit/Productivity Bonus Full-time or part-time schedule, depending on the right fit Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidaysDedicated paid sick leave bank and weather bank 401(k) with employer match Generous employer contribution toward health insurance premiums for both provider and family Continuing education stipend Paid, one‑on‑one mentorship with FMT-certified clinical leadership Paid in‑service and clinical development time Minimum biannual paid team outings A clear path toward profit sharing A caseload and schedule built around 60-minute, one‑on‑one care #J-18808-Ljbffr
