Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop personalized treatment plans
• Help patients regain mobility and independence with tasks such as getting up from a chair or climbing stairs
• Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with regulations and facility policies
• Provide appropriate care and services to residents in a long-term care setting

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required
• Valid, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Missouri required
• Long-Term Care or Rehabilitation experience preferred
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment
