Job Description

COMPANY DRIVERS

At Keim TS, you’ll primarily haul building products, with 60% of the loads preloaded and pretarped—with no Canada and no hazmat.

Starting Earning Potential of $75K - $85K Annually
Pay starting @ 63 CPM or 25.25% of the Line Haul, with experience it will be higher!
Student pay starting @ 60 CPM
Driver’s choice of Mileage OR Percentage Pay
Pay is direct deposited every Monday
Average 1,500 - 2,000 Miles Weekly
$50 Tarp/$25 Un-Tarp Pay, 50% Jobsite Pay, 50% additional Drop Pay & Detention Pay

*Louisiana Details* - Regional role home on weekends. Multiple loads most days. Pretty much all of them will need tarped. Shorter runs around 100 – 200 miles

Hiring Criteria

Min. 21 years old
CDL-A license & physical
12 months of experience
6 months of flatbed experience required
Pass agility test: able to lift/carry 100 lb. tarps, able to climb.
Solid work history
Pass urine drug screen
Past 5 Years: no DUI/DW, no reckless or careless driving, no alcohol or drug conviction.
