Brickette Lounge | West Chester, PA
The Brickette Lounge is looking for hardworking, dependable Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you'll play an essential role in preparing quality food, keeping the kitchen running smoothly, and making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen meets our standards.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in the food you prepare, and aren't afraid to jump in wherever you're needed, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and Brickette standards.
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.
- Handle food preparation, portioning, cooking, and plating during service.
- Maintain proper food temperatures, storage, rotation, and labeling.
- Assist with prep work and restocking throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
- Keep kitchen equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas clean and safe.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Work as part of a team to provide fast, consistent, and quality food for every guest.
- Previous line cook, kitchen, or restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and Remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred.
