Launching a career in the reverse mortgage industry, the full-time Remote Sales Training Program - Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer will engage in a one-month virtual classroom experience followed by a comprehensive 12-month development program focused on sales fundamentals, compliance, and customer interactions. Key responsibilities Participate in an immersive virtual classroom to learn about reverse mortgage products and sales techniques Engage in weekly skill-building sessions and receive personalized coaching from experienced sales leaders Apply learned skills in real-world customer interactions to assist retirees in making informed financial decisions Required qualifications Proven track record of success in sales Experience as a traditional mortgage loan originator is preferred Willingness to obtain and maintain an NMLS license, with assistance provided Strong understanding of the lending business and a desire to serve retirees Ability to build trust and serve as a trusted advisor to clients Virtual Vocations Inc
