Sr Receptionist & Switchboard
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet, greet and guide all visitors and staff in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure that their passage onto the premises is as smooth as possible
- Maintain a pristine environment including reception area and lobby. Communicate with internal departments to address special cleaning needs during the day
- Assist all personnel and guests with site services and amenities including badging, Wi-Fi/IT inquiries, catering/cafeteria/vending service availability and locations, meeting room guidance,
- Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
- Answers and transfers calls
- Participates enthusiastically in company and community service events.
- Perform site inspections and work with vendors to ensure property is maintained to highest standards. Work with vendors as needed (i.e. cleaners, interior plant/landscaper, facilities, security, etc.).
- Perform PC Support and Administrative duties as needed.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
