You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities that promote socialization, skill-building, and overall well-being. Additionally, you will provide case management services, including assessment, goal setting, and coordination of care, to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive support and resources.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree in one of the social sciences of human services required, Bachelor’s degree in one of the social sciences or human services preferred. Must be able to pass medication training and properly monitor administration of medications. Must have a current driver’s license, car insurance, and a driving record acceptable to Southeastern’s insurance provider. Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check including fingerprinting, drug screening, and a Dept. of Social Services Central Registry check and TB test
