Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - High Point, NC
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR opportunity with competitive compensation and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes with impressive mileage potential and performance bonuses. Enjoy the freedom of over-the-road driving with our well-maintained fleet and reliable earning opportunities.
Home Time:
- Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time depending on location and freight.
- We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers have the option to take trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.
No Touch Freight:
- 100% no-touch freight with all dry van loads featuring 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times.
- Freight primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location.
- Weekly mileage ranges from 2,500 to 2,800.
- Base rates of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with potential for dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
Benefits:
- Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

- Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
