ASSOCIATE E-LEARNING SPECIALIST

Globus Medical seeks an Associate eLearning Specialist to develop online training content across multiple medical device divisions. The role involves creating instructional materials, managing learning management systems, and collaborating with subject matter experts to support global product launches and surgeon training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality eLearning courses aligned with product launch timelines and instructional design principles
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and sales trainers globally to identify and address training needs
• Create, film, and edit videos demonstrating procedural steps and instrumentation
• Manage user accounts, courses, and records within the learning management system
• Conduct bi-annual assessments of training courses for accuracy and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, instructional design, or computer programming
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software programs
• Experience editing graphics and videos
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools
• LMS administration experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities
