Production Associate

We are hiring a Production Associate to join our team! Majesty's Animal Nutrition manufactures supplements and treats for companion animals. We are a family business growing quickly and are looking for a Production Associate with attention to detail, a self starter and who wants to grow with the company. The position is Friday thru Sunday, with the hours of 5:00am-5:30pm.Responsibilities:Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment.Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion.Weighing, Mixing, extruding products.Creating products with the ability to read recipes.Perform routine preventative maintenance.Assist in packaging products as needed.Maintaining set quality standards.Adhere to safety policies and procedures.Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Basic math skills, able to read and write at high school level.Able to follow written and verbal direction.Qualifications:Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields prefered.Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadPreferred background in production work, including baking, food processing and/or food handling.And of course loves animals.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Manufacturing: 2 years (Recommended)You should be proficient in:Production OptimizationWarehouse ExperienceMixingWeighing Raw MaterialsExcellent Communication SkillsExperience in a Manufacturing Environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
