The Child Crisis Arizona ORR Mesa Program is ready to hire a bilingual food service coordinator to join our team. We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals who are committed to providing quality food and related services for all children in our care. Responsibilities Preparation of multiple meals and snacks for children and staff. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and pantry. Assist with planning, ordering, and inventory of foods and kitchen supplies. Adhere to the approved menu and ensure compliance with licensing standards and the Maricopa Health Department. Qualifications Education: high school diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years experience in food preparation for large groups. At least 21 years of age. Must have a food handler’s card or the ability to obtain one prior to starting. Clean five-year motor vehicle history and valid Arizona Driver’s license. Level one fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain one prior to starting. Ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs. Verbal and written communication skills that meet the requirements of the position. Preferred Qualifications Experience with the National School Lunch Program. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
