We have an exciting new opportunity to work for our community health based nonprofit organization in an outpatient clinic setting. We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to treat patients in the underserved community, primarily adults with various mental health ailments. You will work alongside multiple providers and social workers, with a flexible work schedule. This position is based out of our New Paltz clinic. No on call required. Monday through Friday work schedule. Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Location: Kingston, NY Salary: $140,000 to $160,000 + full benefits included Responsibilities Perform psychiatric evaluations for patients (1 hour allotted) Provide care for a wide spectrum of patients with various mental illnesses Document all clinical notes in EMR system Collaborate closely with Psychiatrists and other Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners on site Discuss clinical practice when necessary Interact with patients and design individualized treatment plans Prescribe medication when necessary Requirements Board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Graduate of accredited Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Master's Program Active or in process of New York NP license Active or in process of DEA license Knowledge of EMR Additional Information All applicant information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Smith Arnold Partners
