Express Employment Professionals is hiring Landscapers / General Laborers for projects in the Fairhope and Daphne areas. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and working with their hands.

Responsibilities

✅ Perform landscaping and general outdoor labor tasks
✅ Mow, trim, edge, and maintain properties
✅ Assist with planting, mulching, cleanup, and other landscaping duties
✅ Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely
✅ Maintain clean and organized work areas
✅ Work efficiently as part of a team while following safety procedures

Requirements

✅ Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
✅ Comfortable working outside in heat, cold, rain, and changing weather conditions
✅ Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
✅ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
