Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) 

Join our rehabilitation team and make a difference in the lives of our residents! We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help residents improve independence, mobility, and daily living skills in a supportive healthcare environment. 

Currently hiring for Part Time and Per diem. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans 

• Guide residents through therapeutic exercises and daily living activities 

• Support residents with mobility, coordination, and self-care tasks 

• Monitor and document resident progress and report updates to the therapy team 

• Educate residents and families on therapy techniques and safety 

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment

Qualifications: 

• Active New Jersey COTA license 

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program 

• Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills 

• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
