Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish under the guidance of senior event specialists. Collaborate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials. Support the management of event logistics, including scheduling, registration, and attendee communication. Coordinate event set-up and tear-down to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning event management software.
