Logistics & Manufacturing Analyst

WIN Reality is seeking a Logistics & Manufacturing Analyst to help scale our growing deployment of Smart Parks at baseball and softball fields nationwide alongside our product sensor business. Hardware is built at a contract manufacturer in Santa Ana, kitted and palletized at our 3PL in Irvine, and shipped to fields, techs, and customers all over the country. This role takes the daily logistics and inventory work so shipments go out on time and kits are complete when they leave the warehouse. Additionally this role partners closely with Manufacturing Engineering to oversee and report on the testing procedures prior to shipment. This is a hands-on execution role with a strong analytical streak: you'll be in the warehouse and on the factory floor, running spreadsheets one day and running a test station the next.

Daily Outbound Shipping And Fulfillment

Work the daily queue in ShipStation release orders, correct addresses, fix order notes, confirm what's actually going on each pallet before it ships.

Coordinate the daily pallet plan with our 3PL warehouse manager: what ships today, what ships tomorrow, and what slides when a component doesn't show up.

Sequence and prioritize when we're short decide (and communicate) which fields get the complete kit and which get a follow-on shipment.

Generate BOLs, book freight and LTL through our brokers and carriers, and track pickups to confirm they actually happened.

Handle small-parcel and expedited shipments for missing or replacement parts, including tricky ship-to addresses like ballfields with no building on site.

Manage returns and equipment recovery from field sites make sure hardware comes back to the right address, not wherever a tech guesses.

Inventory Reconciliation And Counts

Own our master inventory tracker: keep on-hand, allocated, and shipped quantities accurate across the 3PL, the contract manufacturer, and in-transit stock.

Reconcile our counts against the 3PL's separate tracking sheet and chase down the deltas rather than papering over them.

Track serialized units (ball trackers, cameras) by ID through build, staging, packing, and shipment.

Run and coordinate periodic physical counts; set fresh baselines for parts that chronically drift (calibration wands, arm mounts, fasteners, cables).

Flag shortages before they block a pallet maintain a short-list of parts trending toward zero against the upcoming build and install schedule.

3PL And Contract Manufacturer Coordination

Be our regular in-person presence at both the Irvine 3PL and the Santa Ana contract manufacturer, 23 days a week.

Coordinate material transfers between the factory and the warehouse, and confirm inbound deliveries landed at the right facility with the right part numbers on them.

Verify inbound receipts against POs and packing slips; identify unlabeled or misdirected freight and get it resolved.

Photograph and document what actually arrived when a shipment doesn't match paperwork.

Install Kit Dispatch

Build and dispatch install shipments against each site's plan various product SKU's

Cross-check each outbound kit against the site plan before it ships, and escalate mismatches instead of shipping the default.

Support as needed shipping of various products and other separately-routed items on the right service level to hit install dates.

Carrier Accounts, Invoices, And Cost

Maintain carrier and broker accounts, seats, and payment methods; make sure freight charges land on the correct account.

Review carrier invoices for accuracy, catch billing to the wrong account, and file loss/damage claims with supporting documentation.

Surface cost-savings opportunities with the math behind them right-sizing what we ship, comparing service levels, comparing carriers.

Reporting

Keep leadership current with a short, reliable weekly rhythm: what shipped, what's in transit, what's short, and what's at risk.

Produce simple analyses on request landed cost comparisons, freight spend by lane, consumption rates against the build forecast.

Give the manufacturing technicians visibility into test line throughput and any recurring issues you're seeing, so patterns don't rely on their memory alone.

Manufacturing Test Line Reporting & Support

Run, monitor, and report on the product test line under the manufacturing technicians' guidance, so they can share product assembly responsibilities.

Learn the existing test software and tooling well enough to execute standard test procedures independently, and handle first-line troubleshooting escalating mechanical or deeper issues rather than logging them and moving on.

Help train test line operators as suppliers and manufacturing partners scale production, and provide coverage when the manufacturing technicians are pulled onto various operations priorities, offsite, or in transit between sites.

Assist with basic mechanical/assembly troubleshooting on the production floor as capability grows this is meant to grow into the role over time, not a day-one expectation.

What We're Looking For

Required

13 years in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain internships and warehouse floor experience count.

Real spreadsheet ability: lookups, pivots, and the instinct to reconcile two lists that should match and don't.

Comfort in a warehouse and on a factory floor. This is not a desk-only job.

Based in Orange County and able to be onsite in Irvine and Santa Ana 23 days a week..

Clear, written-first communication. Much of this job is telling the right people the real status early.

Detail orientation with an ownership reflex you chase the missing part rather than logging that it's missing.

Basic comfort with electronics, computers, or test software you don't need to be technical, but you shouldn't be intimidated by a test station with a few screens and pieces of software running.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation between sites.

Nice To Have

Hands-on experience with ShipStation, a WMS, or an ERP/inventory system, and with a 3PL or contract manufacturer.

Familiarity with LTL/freight brokerage, BOLs, pallet planning, BOMs, part numbers, or small-parcel carrier claims.

An industrial engineering background (including recent grads) or other hands-on manufacturing/test exposure helpful for the test line support side of this role.

Conversational Spanish or Vietnamese.

Interest in baseball/softball or sports in general.

Physical Requirements

Able to lift and move boxes and components up to 50 lbs.

Able to be on your feet in a warehouse and factory environment for extended periods.

Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year
