Creative Risk Solutions seeks a Sr. Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor (Remote) to oversee litigated and complex claims across multiple states. The role requires jurisdictional experience, leadership of a claims team, and adherence to CRS Best Practices.
You will mentor staff, coordinate training, manage performance, and liaise with insureds, carriers, and partners. A high school diploma is required; college degree preferred; WC license or license within three months is expected.
