Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

To support a growing practice, the full-time Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist will evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week while working fully remote. Key responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans, ensuring ongoing documentation as per company policy Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance community mental health access Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings Required qualifications Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution and on track for licensure Current clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) is required Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; Valant experience is a plus Fully licensed clinicians must ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
