Collaborate with parents to establish sleep routines and strategies. Maintain records of infants' activities and progress. Communicate effectively and share updates with parents. Valid nursing license required. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Availability during nighttime hours.
