This role is 100% on-site.The Senior Business Analyst, Process Improvement is an expert responsible for leading high-impact initiatives, providing strategic guidance, and driving process modernization across the enterprise. This role requires a blend of deep subject matter expertise, program management, and leadership to solve complex organizational challenges. The analyst operates with significant autonomy, advising senior leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring the alignment of programs with strategic objectives. This position is central to enhancing GEOINT capabilities, improving business functions, and ensuring the successful execution of critical missions through expert analysis, process re-engineering, and stakeholder collaboration.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide senior program and project management support, including the development of strategic plans, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while leading and advising on process improvement and re-engineering efforts, applying methodologies like Six Sigma and ITIL to modernize governance and business functions.Craft and deliver executive-level briefings, talking points, and strategic project plans to guide senior leadership decisions.Mentor team members on mission assurance, continuity planning, and the development of high-quality analytical products.Provide expert-level support for data visualization tools like Tableau to support business functions and leadership requirements.Support the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint instances and other web-based tools, ensuring currency of information and refinement of utility.Represent the directorate for User Interface (UI) development, coordinate with IT on corporate updates, and proactively address functionality issues.Analyze, evaluate, and assess activities to develop recommendations for system and process improvements, optimization, and sustainment of GEOINT capabilities.Establish performance measures, monitor metrics, and analyze results to identify and implement performance-based improvements.Lead discussions at internal and external meetings, facilitate data-related working groups, and represent the organization to IC and DoD partners.Minimum Qualifications:12+ years of experience in a relevant field such as program management, GEOINT/IC operations, or cross-functional business analysisBachelor's degree in business, or a related field and In lieu of a degree, 15+ years of experience.Strong leadership competencies with proven experience; experience mentoring team members in complex subject areas.A proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and initiatives, including risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for executive decision-makers and analyze the outcomes of implemented strategies.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is highly desirable.Clearance Requirements:Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.Physical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.The projected compensation range for this position is $165,900.00-$295,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
