Product Owner

Introduction This position will be part of the Strategy, Analysis, and Design team for Treasury data management, focusing on Global Payments - treasury. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Payments or Treasury and possess excellent communication skills. Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

- Deep financial domain expertise with at least 5 years of experience in Treasury Products: DDA, Client Liquidity, Payments, Receivables, Billing, and Trade Finance.
- Understanding of Banking and Treasury Value Chain.
- Proficient in articulating business problems and technical solutions, with the ability to influence decision-makers in a large organization.
- Proficient with eliciting business requirements, reviewing process flows, and developing technical/system flows.
- Comfortable with reviewing technical designs and providing feedback and confirmation of alignment to desired capabilities.
- Deep understanding of Master Data Management Principles and Applications.
- Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting.
- Strong experience supporting technical delivery with experience in Agile Methodology, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Experience as a business analyst, with proficiency in JIRA and design.
- Understanding of the banking domain.
- Proficient in the data technology space with an understanding of data constructs and technologies.
- Responsible for the Program Backlog.
- Identify customer needs, document requirements/features, and prioritize Epics/Features.
- Work closely with the design team on solution architecture and provide business support.
- Work with PO to provide support on the feature team.
- Maintain PI objectives created by teams during the PI Planning and map them to iteration goals.
