With consistent daytime and early evening hours ending at 8pm and a team that will train you from day one — this is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and wants meaningful work without late nights. What You’ll Do: Serve meals with warmth, care, and professionalism to residents who truly appreciate it Greet and assist residents and guests throughout the dining experience Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment throughout every shift Deliver and retrieve trays as needed and support meal service from start to finish Be a dependable, friendly presence that makes every meal feel special You’re a Great Fit If You: Are warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoy being around people Are dependable with consistent availability on a rotating schedule Have prior server or food service experience — preferred but not required No certifications required — we will train you! Allegro Winter Park | 2701 Howell Branch Road, Winter Park, FL 32792 Part-Time | 11am–8pm | Done by 8pm | No Late Nights | Will Train The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. Areas of Responsibility Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner. Serve food in an efficient and professional manner. Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol. Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period. Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed. Label and date all food. Other job duties as assigned – see full job description. Required Qualifications Must be a minimum of 16 years of age. Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
