Owen Ford in Marshall, Illinois, is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to lead, train, and motivate our sales team.  Someone who can continue to ensure our high customer satisfaction with integrity.  Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving dealership sales goals and objectives, managing CRM, assisting closing deals, and managing inventory.  

Qualifications:

• Prior Automotive Management Experience Preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills via phone, one-on-one and online .  
• Proficient in basic math and writing skills. 
• Excellent leadership, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven customer service track record or obvious desire to provide next level customer service.  
• Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment (all while actually ENJOYING your job!!!).    
• Valid Driver’s License
