Construction Operations ManagerOur client is a local family-owned company specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodels. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service to our clients, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead and oversee various construction projects. In this role, you will manage all aspects of construction from planning through completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will drive project success and client satisfaction.Duties:Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction projects, including remodeling, building construction, and outdoor work.Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and building material installation on-site.Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and building codes across all job sites.Conduct regular site inspections for construction progress, quality control, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, caulking, stucco, trim carpentry, window installation, hardscape work, and other building material installations. Review construction estimating documents and adjust project plans as needed for efficiency and cost control. Insight Global
