Opportunity Highlights

• Retina group of 6 fellowship trained surgeons, from prestigious programs.  See the doctors here: -physicians/ 
• Retina Consultants of Nevada was established more than 25 years ago and has a strong, long-standing, reputation with the largest market share in Southern Nevada. 
• Very busy retina-only practice with large, built-in referral base from 5 other multispecialty ophthalmology groups. 
• Operate within the enterprise-owned, single-specialty ASCs, designed for efficiency and surgeon autonomy- supporting predictable block time, optimized case flow, and strong procedural economics. 
• Dedicated Retina only room in the ASC, with Anesthesia.  
• Staff, Nurses, and Technicians who are specifically Retina trained.  
• Fully equipped with cutting-edge technology and modern surgical equipment.  
• Average Patients per Day: 40-55
• Six cases per week. 
• Call: 1 week, every 8 weeks; Monday to Monday.  No hospital call. 
• Supported by a highly sophisticated marketing team dedicated to fueling patient demand, supporting surgical growth, and accelerates surgeon ramp-up from day one.
• Dedicated, in-market Physician Liaison support to cultivate optometric partnerships and sustaining high-quality referral networks.  
• Backed by experienced clinical leaders, technicians, and support staff that streamlines workflows, enhances clinic efficiency, and enables surgeons to operate at the top of their license.  
• Application based EHR ran on Ipads (ModMed)
