I opened my agency in 2018 after beginning my State Farm career in 2011, first working in an agent's office and later as an Agency Field Specialist. As a second-generation State Farm agent, opening my own agency in the community where I grew up gave me the opportunity to serve the people and businesses that helped shape my career. Giving back is a big part of who we are. As President of the local Chamber of Commerce, I'm passionate about supporting local businesses and strengthening our community through continued involvement and service. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
