Job Duties: Asses clients' needs Development and implement service plans for clients Provide referrals when required Responsible for continuity of care and ensuring that appropriate quality services are provided Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree 1 year of related experience in social services Potential Eligibility for federal student loan forgiveness Rate : $18/hr Do you have 1 or more years related experience in social services?
