Registered Nurse

The Pennsauken Middle School is looking for a substitute school nurse (nurses) for every day through the rest of the school year. One-on-one school nursing opportunities and bus runs also available.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) - Substitute School Nurse:

• Client/student assessments
• Training and education
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatment and therapy
• Communication with other members of the client's multi-disciplinary team
• Supply management
• Emergency management

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Current New Jersey RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum one year clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Pediatrics experience is a plus, but not required (industry-leading training available through BAYADA)

Pay Substitute School nursing: $35/hr

RN Pay Range: $32/hr-$39/hr
