Location: Dexter, MI 48130
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM
Overtime: Weekly overtime and Saturday availability expected
Duration: 1-Year Contract

Must Have

Attention to detail
Precise motor skills
Small-part assembly experience

Nice to Have

Basic computer skills
Cleanroom experience
SAP experience

Responsibilities

Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
Assemble components such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Follow visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.
Set up initial layouts and use hand tools, power tools, jigs, saws, and other assembly equipment.
Perform continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies.
Conduct quality inspections on the production line according to established quality specifications.
Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies as required.
Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of production-related systems and procedures is preferred.
Entry-level candidates are welcome; no previous experience is required.
Ability to perform detailed and precise assembly work.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a production environment.
