This role focuses on executing innovative solutions and contributing to products that solve real customer problems. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to define joint solutions, prioritize market opportunities, and bring innovative offerings to market.You'll work closely with fast-moving teams that thrive on rapid iteration and bold ideas. We ship production-ready MVPs in weeks, not months, and measure success by customer impact. If you're ready to learn, eager to contribute to meaningful products, and motivated by turning concepts into tangible results, this role offers the perfect growth opportunity.What You'll DoExecute product initiatives alongside senior product leaders, contributing to feature definition, prioritization, and delivery of innovative productsWork with vendors and internal stakeholders to design integrated, end-to-end solutions that address target customer needs and differentiate in the marketCollaborate across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver solutions efficientlySupport rapid prototyping and experimentation, helping validate concepts through data analysis and customer feedbackAssist with customer research and early adopter programs, gathering insights that inform product decisionsStay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing fresh perspectives to team discussionsHelp maintain product roadmaps, write detailed product specifications, and track key success metricsParticipate in user testing sessions and contribute to iterative product improvementsWhat you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required.5+ years of experience in product management at an enterprise or startup levelProven ability to craft and communicate a compelling product vision and rally cross-functional teams around itStrong execution mindset: ability to take direction and turn it into actionable plans that teams can executeExcellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across diverse teamsExecutive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skillsCustomer-focused approach with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plusDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on aggressive timelinesPreferred ExperienceExposure to the distribution industry or cloud/software ecosystemFamiliarity with channel programs, or marketplace dynamicsTrack record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships#LI-LB2The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,200.00 - $190,700.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
