Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall condition. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond appropriately. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Follow infection control, safety, and hospital policies. Float between ICU units as needed to support staffing requirements. Requirements: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience . BSN required. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong critical-thinking, communication, and clinical skills. Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
