Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities Prepare annual budgets, expense plans, and monthly forecasts. Update financial systems with actuals, budgets, and forecasts. Perform monthly variance analysis and explain key business drivers. Analyze labor and overhead costs to identify margin improvement opportunities. Build and maintain financial models for planning and business decisions. Support long-range planning, M&A analysis, and integration modeling. Standardize financial models and improve forecasting accuracy. Improve FP&A reporting processes and reduce reporting cycle times. Prepare reporting and analysis for senior leadership. Support ad hoc financial and strategic projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 4+ years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools. Big 4 experience is a plus. Experience in a private equity environment or multi-company integration setting is highly preferred.
