Train, motivate, mentor, coach, and counsel sales staff to achieve sales and performance goals. Schedule and assign employees, ensuring timely completion of operational tasks. Monitor and control financial objectives, including labor, cost of sales, and expenses. Maintain salon stability and reputation by complying with all legal requirements. Ensure salons are clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready. Build rapport with customers to establish loyalty and long‑term relationships. Create a positive, motivating, team‑based environment. Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits. Safeguard and account for all money received, meeting banking requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in retail or customer service environments. Ability to influence others effectively. Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time (7+ hours per day). Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance. Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
