Marketing Operations Manager

What the role actually is This is a six-month remote U.S. contractor role on Skydio's go-to-market side. The person would improve campaign execution, data quality, engagement programs, and the operational paths that move customers through Skydio's buying journey. What you would work on Build integrated digital journeys across priority customer segments. Improve campaign intake, execution, reporting, and adoption across sales and marketing. Manage segmentation, routing, lifecycle programs, nurture campaigns, and reactivation flows. Clean up marketing data and make GTM reporting more reliable. What they are asking for Marketing operations experience with Marketo and Salesforce. Strong understanding of customer intent journeys, lead lifecycle operations, and nurture programs. Comfort with data governance, analytics tools, and cross-functional documentation. Ability to operate independently in a contract role.
