If you're a natural leader with a passion for healthcare operations, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the home health care office, ensuring efficiency and quality of careRecruit, onboard, train, and supervise caregiving staff and administrative personnelManage caregiver scheduling, client matching, and staffing coordinationMonitor compliance with state regulations, company policies, and home care industry standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partnersTrack key performance metrics and implement strategies to drive business growthHandle client concerns and caregiver issues with professionalism and urgencyRequirements2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in home care, healthcare, or a related fieldStrong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management styleKnowledge of home health care regulations and compliance standards in Nevada is a plusExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with caregiver recruitment, retention, and schedulingProficiency in business software and care management platformsCompassionate, client-focused mindset with a commitment to quality careComForCare Home Health Care is a trusted provider of in-home personal care services, dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
